Puster Library
The mission of the Lovejoy Library Media Program is to ensure that students and
staff are effective users of ideas and information by empowering students
to be critical thinkers, enthusiastic readers, skillful researchers,
and ethical users of information who actively contribute to the world
in positive ways.
The 21st-century learning skills...collaboration, creation, critical thinking and communication are key to developing global learners. The library is at the heart of the school for developing passionate readers, creating a safe place for taking risks, maintaining a center of inquiry, and providing current databases for research and information gathering.
We are creating an environment that meets these needs our learners through flexible seating, maker spaces, and continuing the support of good digital citizenship. It is a place for technology integration and experimentation, even virtually!
