My goodness I have some big shoes to fill these next couple of months! I can’t wait to get started! Please know that, while Mr. Parker’s absence will be felt, I am committed to making sure we end the 2018-2019 school year strong. I have had the pleasure and honor of working alongside Mr. Parker 3 of the 4 years he served at Puster, and I have learned a lot. He invested time in growing me as an administrator and I am so grateful for that!
To share a little about myself, I am finishing up my 19th year in education and my 7th year in Lovejoy. I’ve served many roles including K-3 classroom teacher, K-5 instructional coach, and K-5 interventionist. Serving as assistant principal at Puster has been the absolute best thanks to the amazing professionals I work with and the great families we serve.
My husband, Chad, is a high school football coach and teacher. We both know the amount of commitment that is required to ensure a program/organization runs smoothly. Our son, Graham, attends Puster this year as a 4th grader. He is looking forward to the big transition to Sloan Creek next year along with the rest of our fourth graders. This is a such a special time for them!
Of all of the lists of “to do’s” over the next two months, our Puster staff, students and families are my priority. Please do not hesitate to reach out at anytime. I’ve included my cell phone number below for that reason.
Pride in Puster,
